• Registration

    On your first visit, you will be required to fill out the studio registration form. You can also fill out the registration form on our website.

  • Punctuality

    Please make sure to arrive 5 minutes before your class is due to commence. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not be permitted to enter. If you are more than 5 minutes late, your space will be given to the first person on the waiting list.

  • Payment

    All classes/sessions must be paid in advance. CIMA accepts cash, ApplePay, and Visa/MasterCard. Payment can be made at our location or our website. 

  • Cancellation

    To change or cancel a booking you must provide a minimum 6-hour notice for group classes & a 24-hour notice for private and semi-private sessions. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending your class/session, however, it is vital for the good functioning of the studio, the instructors, and wait-listed clients, to apply this policy. 

  • Refunds/Transfer

    All of our packages have expiration dates, please check the policy on your purchased package. We do not offer refunds unless you are medically unfit to participate in our classes; medical certificates must be provided.

    Packages cannot be refunded, transferred, or credited to either a future package or another client.


  • Pregnancy

    If you discover, or suspect, you are pregnant it is imperative that you advise our team before you commence another class. Pregnancy class is the only suitable program for pregnancy- regardless of the number of week's gestation. The remainder of your regular classes will be held in credit and could be utilized towards your pregnancy program or towards any program upon your return.

  • Mobile Phones

    Kindly turn off mobile phones or put them on silent. If you are waiting for an emergency call, please keep your phone on vibrate mode and with you.

  • Personal Belongings

    Personal items and shoes may be stored in the lockers. CIMA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Attire

    Comfortable workout clothing is recommended. Grip socks are required during all Reformer Pilates classes. Socks are not required for Yoga classes. Shoes may be required for some Fitness classes.
